hey folks, it’s day 30 of the MMS process and I’m still standing.  LOL  actually since we started using the slower protocol I haven’t had any bad days.  The only days that have had any symptoms to speak of are when I raise the drop level.  That day I tend to get a little loose shall we say.  Nothing bad.  Not even inconvenient.  Just noticeable.  As far as the slow protocol goes it’s been 23 days.

I was going to raise to 8 drops AM 0 PM yesterday, but we had ice cream and cake for moms birthday on the 7th and that didn’t set well with the digestive system.  figured that I would give it another day or two at 7 just to let things settle down.

The pattern for me seems to be using x drops for 4 or 5 days and then raising it 1 drop.  another 4 to 5 days and raise.

another change that could be affecting things a bit is I started taking the living foods multi I talked about before.  That and an HSO.  So far it has been two tabs of the multi (recommended daily is 9) and 1 HSO.  I’m taking it slow so I can gauge how it interacts with the MMS.  It did make the digestion gurgle a bit the first day I took it.  [day 28] but the next two days no problem and I feel better. so just putting that out there as a possibility.  I know my body loves the stuff.  Last time I had some was during the winter and I added 15 lbs of muscle in 3 months.  that was only taking 4 tabs a day.  Snow shoveling had a lot to do with that too.  LOL  but it wouldn’t have happened (and hasn’t in the past) without the support.

Will check in again when I hit 15 drops AM.  Maybe earlier.
